SHIPPING POLICY

All packages are shipped via USPS. After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow 3-5 business days to process your order and to receive shipping confirmation. 

If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order, please contact USPS for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of USPS.

Sassy Glam Closet, LLC. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, if your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please contact USPS. Any lost, stolen or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
